Personal Training Session
Single Personal Training session 60mins in length. Will cover proper dynamic warmup, resistance training and stretching. Price also includes initial 30min consultation process.
Group Training- in person or Virtually
Group Training is a great way to get into fitness in a team atmosphere I offer this in person outdoors or virtually. The sessions are 1 hour in length and include warmup, Hiit training, and stetching. Price is dependent on number of participants.
Monthly Personal Training Package
This Plan includes 2 times per week 60min training sessions as well as nutrition guidance and help with making healthy lifestyle choices. Each training session includes Dynamic Warmup, Resistance Training, and cool-down stretching.
Healthy Eating Weight Loss Coach package
This package includes four sessions of 1hr length each. It takes the client through the importance of eating a well Balanced and Nutritious Plant Based diet. Covers checklists and forms for tracking daily intake and recommendations for long term goal setting and turning diet into sustainable health.
Golf Lesson or Conditioning
1 Hour swing lesson at a driving Range or golf course nearby. Monthly or group packages also available upon request and can be customized to suit needs.
